- Unboxing video is a must to claim charges for any damage product.
- For hand embroidered wall clocks, in case the clock mechanism is damaged during transit and the same is informed (unboxing video is mandatory) within 24-48 hrs from when the parcel was delivered, we will pay for the repair of the mechanism. Post that, any damage or repair of the clock will not be our responsibility.
- Sharing of picture of the product with the customer upon completion/before dispatch is not mandatory.

OUR PAYMENT METHOD:
- Being a brand that deals with customised products, it is impossible to list all the details along with the price details for our products, considering which, our payment method is a little different.
- We offer customisation on all the products and extra charges may/may not apply for those customisation.
- Once you checkout products from the cart and click on the ‘Pay Now’ button we will receive your order notification and you will receive an email containing the payment details using which you are required to make payment to confirm your order.
- Simultaneously, we will go through the customisation details (if any) mentioned in your order and if those customisation require extra charges we will reach out to you via email/WhatsApp to share the additional details.
- The customer is given 24 hrs to make payments and confirm order failing which we will proceed with cancellation of the order (Any payment already received in this case will be refunded via the original payment method).
