We do not accept any exchange, return or cancellation and all orders are non-refundable after 24 hrs of order confirmation.

If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged and not delivered on time.

If the wrong item is delivered to you (wrong size or incorrect quantity – unboxing video required).

The shipping charges on returns are to be borne by the customer.

Caution: We suggest our customers to make a video while opening the parcel, which will act as a reference in case the product has arrived damaged, defective or anything is missing.

All the products on display here are single copies and products might not be duplicated. The product will be same as to the style you choose, but the paper, embellishments, flowers, etc will vary depending on the availability.

Every product is different and unique. No two products can be exactly the same considering the nature of the product and availability of raw materials.

Refunds

On acceptance of Cancellation request, refund will be processed within 10 working days on the initial payment method.

In case the product is damaged product, refund will be processed within 10 working days on the initial payment method, from the day the damaged product is received by us.

A damage request will only be accepted if the same is raised with us within 24-48 hrs from when the product is delivered to the customer. A parcel opening video is a must.

In exceptional cases, if the product doesn’t meet your requirement, then return can be accepted but refund is not possible. Instead, an exchange option is available or a gift card for the corresponding amount will be issued, wherein the customer can make purchases anytime upto next 1 year, for the same amount.

Cancellation of orders must be done within 24hrs from the time of order for the customer to be eligible for a refund.

In case of partial cancellation, only gift cards can be issued for the specific amount. Refunds are not applicable.

Refunds will be processed only after the products are completely examined and approved by our quality control team.

Refunds are not applicable for delay in delivery of products.

International orders

Return policy is not applicable for international orders. Nevertheless, a refund will be issued if the product is delivered in damaged/defective condition only (video required).

Call for return must be raised within 24-48hrs from the date of delivery.

Only the product cost will be refunded in case you receive damaged or defective items. The shipping cost for damaged products is non-refundable.
